Seller is refusing to honor the 3-year warranty posted in listing. Seller is giylev0. If he's not an authorized retailer of your product, then he's defrauding you, eBay, Paypal & me and he's ruining your reputation by pretending to be authentic while refusing to honor any part of your warranty. I bought this battery because of the warranty, but the battery AND warranty are failing me. Can you help?
