SUNZOS Samsung Galaxy S5 Battery...
Hello,I am writing regarding a SUNZOS replacement battery I purchased for my Samsung Galaxy S5.I purchased this specific battery (the SUNZOS brand) because it came with a 3-year warranty. According to the purchase information: "If you are unsatisfied or unhappy with our products, we guarantee you an exchange or refund within 3 years!"At first (after making this purchase on March 3, 2018), this battery worked very well and was a significant improvement to the battery life of my phone. Unfortunately, only little more than 1 year after making this purchase, the SUNZOS battery currently no longer holds a charge and drains very rapidly.Due to this, I feel that this battery must have been defective, so I would like to request a replacement as this is still within the 3 year warranty period.Please let me know how I can proceed.Thank you very much!~Matt Pomelmatthewpomel@comcast.net
